We are looking for an amazing Customer Support person to join our team at Pabau. We don't care much about experience and credentials; we care more about personality and passion. A sense of humour helps a lot too. The working hours are 10am - 6pm (Macedonian) OR 1pm - 9pm (Macedonian). Please state which time you are more interested in your application.
Who we are
We are a small, bootstrapped software company founded in UK, based in Skopje. We’ve built Pabau CRM, a product tailored to the clinical sector, making health professionals lifes easier by handling appointment scheduling, storing treatment notes and a bunch of other things too. We’ve recently opened our offices in Skopje and are expanding even further.
How we work
We work smarter, not harder. We think work/life balance is important. Some of us work in the UK, most Skopje!
You'll spend your time helping our fantastic customers. You'll also be helping people that are looking to try out our software. Customer support is a huge focus for us, and quite simply, the goal is to do right by our customers. You'll be completely empowered with everything you need to achieve this (most importantly autonomy). If you get the job, things you'll be doing include: - Responding to email enquiries - Answering phones - Live chatting via our website to customers and potential customers - Answering questions via social media channels - Creating and maintaining help guides - This can all be summed up as "Giving our customers a fantastic experience every time they interact with us". You won't be boxed in to just these things. If there's something you can do that's useful, we'll welcome any contribution you make in any area.
Let's be clear, you need to be seriously amazing. We are a small team and we want to keep it that way. We will offer you the best job you have ever had with plenty of perks, but we expect you to be super-talented.
You will need to be able to work autonomously (we don't do typical management, in fact you won't have a manager, we expect you to see what needs to be done and just do it).
- Key skills/attributes you'll need to be successful are:
- Friendly personality
- Sense of humour
- Great communication skills (written and verbal) - Desire to help people
