You can now select multiple leads at once from within the lead view.
You can now change the status of an appointment from within the clients profile.
You can now quick cancel an appointment by right clicking on the cancel button within the client card.
You can now permanently delete or restore appointments providing you have admin access.
Custom Credit Notes & Other Bits
You can now create custom reasons for credit notes, go on over to Setup > Data > Other Assets. You will find several other fancy new features here such as Document Label Manager, Lead Assignment Rules and more.
Filter Treatment Notes
You can now filter your treatment notes by service, diagnosis code, employee and date!
We will now highlight the last lead you previously selected.
Sweet New Reports & Hide Feature
We have been further working on delivering you more report improvements.
You can now hide report columns.
Sales by Category (NEW)
The Sales by Category reports is designed to show you the percentage of revenue each type of sale is making for the business.
Please note we have moved the old Sales by Category report to the ‘Show More’ section.
Staff Performance Tracker
The Staff Performance Tracker provides an overview of your employee’s performances, organised in a way that allows you to easily view information about particular service reporting categories.
We have improved the design of the Create Lead popout. You will notice you can now add in address details, we have also added in GDPR Opt Ins, as well as the post code lookup functionality, automatic lead assignment and more.
🐞 Squashed Bugs
- We fixed a bug when converting, if you hit VIEW contact, it bugs the next person you click in the lead list.
