Data Entry Specialist

WHO WE ARE:

Pabau Clinic Software is a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, based in Skopje. We’ve built Pabau CRM, a product tailored to the clinical sector, making health professional’s lives easier by handling appointment scheduling, storing treatment notes and a bunch of other things too.

THE ROLE:

This role is part of the Data Team. You will work closely with our Sales team, helping them on enriching Leads with the “saucy” details needed and delivering a can-do attitude. Its efficiency does not come entirely from experience so do not worry if this is your first Job. Nevertheless don’t forget to bring your willing-to-grow and adaptable personality. A sense of humor can help too.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Update fields within our CRM (HubSpot).
Qualify sales leads by checking the number is accurate, as well as updating the information before handing off to the sales team.
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Prepare relevant reports as needed.
Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.
Setup system for avoiding duplication in leads.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel (Google suite helps).
Excellent English is a must.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
Comfortable with office equipment including a computer etc.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to think analytically.
