What is the idea and story behind Modern Medical Aesthetics? What moves you forward?

Modern Medical was created out of the desire to serve our clients with trust and integrity in an industry that unfortunately is not always known for that. I promise education instead of ego; Service instead of sales; and trust instead of talk. With a theme of natural results, personalized injections, and transparent pricing - Modern Medical Aesthetics will be sure to please each client that walks through the door.


When did you decide that you need a clinic software solution?

In March 2021 when we decided to expand our business we knew that our previous software, Aesthetic Record, would not serve our needs we started looking for a more robust platform.


What were your requirements from a software? What did you expect from it?

A few of the most important aspects I looked for were:
1. Ease of booking online by the client,
2. Ability to run HR/commissions of staff through the software,
3. Intuitive and easy to use software for back end office staff,
4. Automation in communication with clients (pre/post-care instructions, follow-ups, reviews, etc)
5. A software that did NOT require their cc processor (expensive) in order to use all the functions of the software.


What was the reason to choose Pabau over 100+ software's providers in the USA?

Pabau not only met my requirements but exceeded them in every way, including a customizable platform that suits my office needs. I also loved the marketing suite and the loyalty program. Additionally, I was very impressed by their customer service.
