1. Where is my referral link?

You can find your referral link by logging into your refer a friend account and by clicking on the ‘Share’ button in the top left of the refer a friend dashboard.

2. Do I need to create an online account to see my link?

Yes. You need to sign up for a Pabau refer a friend account in order to receive your link.

3. Where can I distribute my referral link / QR Code?

You can share your link or QR code via email, social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, messaging channels such as whatsapp and imessage, your own website, and any other channel you have permission to share promotions to. You are not allowed to distribute your link via paid marketing or post your link onto any ‘discount’ or ‘promo code’ websites.

4. When do I get paid my rewards?

You can request payment of your rewards at any time via the ‘cash out’ section of the refer a friend dashboard.

5. How do I know I’ve received my rewards?

You will receive an email notification once your cash out request has been processed.

6. Can I add a referral after they’ve already signed up?

Your friend must submit their details to us via your link and prior to their demo in order for you to qualify for a reward. We cannot add a referral after they’ve already signed up, sorry!

7. Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

Nope - share the love to as many people as you can and we will reward you every time! If you refer 5 people in your first 12 months, you may be eligible to become an ‘Introducer’ or a ‘Partner’ of Pabau. For more information on this please refer to the Pabau Partner Playbook which you can find here.
