Sales Executive

Are you our next Sales Executive? We’re looking for someone to join our Sales team at Pabau.
We don’t care much about experience and credentials; we care more about personality and passion. A sense of humor helps a lot too.
We are a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, based in Skopje. We’ve built Pabau CRM, a product tailored to the clinical sector, making health professional’s lives easier by handling appointment scheduling, storing treatment notes and a bunch of other things too.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reach out to potential new clients through cold – calling
Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
Working towards achieving the sales target
Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs
Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
Learn from leading professionals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum 6 month sales cold calling experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills, clear and confident voice and a friendly rapport with customers
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations to both small or large groups online
Confidence with data and using the insight to increase sales
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
